He is an author, a financial , personal and leadership coach. Graham decided to follow a vision and dream he has had for many years; to help people create positive transformational life shifts. This vision and dream has resulted in the creation of Graham Howarth & Associates, a personal and professional transformational leadership company.

Graham has helped many athletes gain athletic and academic scholarships and awards across Canada and the United States. He has coached sports, mainly soccer and hockey, both boys and girls at the Rep, Select and House League levels for many years.
